		<description>I love Weight Watchers and I love Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred - you can do both.  If you are asking about her food plan, I have no clue what that is, but I imagine it is much more restrictive than WW. I like WW because I don&#039;t have guilt if I eat a cookie, I just have to count those points.  On more restrictive plans where what you can and cannot eat is in black and white, I get super guilty if I have sweets or overeat and then my guilt snowballs into emotional eating, at which I am a gold medalist btw.  So, my thoughts are stick with WW and get some Jillian dvd workouts.

		<description>I had to give up the squat challenge because of my knees! I made it up to 120 but I could hardly walk today because my knees hurt so bad. Every time I do a squat now my knees pop and crack (not good I&#039;m sure). So I&#039;m not doing anything right now until the pain in my knees goes away. 

Anyways it sounds like you did really good with allowing yourself to eat things but in smaller portions which is the best way to go :- )

I&#039;m all about Weight Watcher&#039;s.
