But mine comes and goes and is usually triggered by being overstimulated. I always have trouble in big crowds of people. Church can actually be overwhelming for me sometimes. I think if I didn't have God in my life it might be worse. But I have learned to call on the Lord in times of anxiety. Those scriptures are some of my favorites and I have quoted them many times.
