		<description>I agree! 13.5 is a lot to have left over. I normally do eat more at breakfast, but with the new baby coming home from the hospital today, I got busy cleaning and setting up her crib...which was way fun :) I ate some popcorn (3pts), a serving of vanilla wafers and a cup of mild and an orange just to make sure I got my point in. Now, I must hit the sack so I can get up at my regularly scheduled time, so I can get my quiet time in and my exercise. Thanks for the tips and encouragement :)</description>
